Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide strategic leadership and direction on solution design activities.

This key role will be responsible for developing high-quality solution options, designing artefacts, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert leadership and guidance on solution architecture and design activities.
  • Develop innovative solution options and design artefacts that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the integration of technology and digital solution delivery.
  • Support Agile delivery practices using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in solution architecture or business analysis with a focus on digital transformation.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) principles.
  • Experience working in large complex organisations is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
