Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Client Service Executive. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complex queries, and driving business growth.

About the Role

You will make a significant impact by leveraging your technical expertise to address client needs, perform data quality checks, and provide guidance on our software.

Key responsibilities include resolving diverse queries, building strong relationships with clients, leading internal projects, and mastering internal tools and processes.

As a Client Service Executive, you'll contribute to the enrichment of our online knowledge centre, providing award-winning customer service, troubleshooting, and support.

Responsibilities
  • Resolving different types of queries, from software troubleshooting to compiling, analysing, and interpreting key sales and consumer panel data
  • Earning client trust and building long-term relationships
  • Leading internal projects where required, ensuring successful outcomes
  • Mastery of internal tools and compliance with internal processes, such as salesforce ticket management

  • Numerically confident and able to translate numbers into actionable insights
  • An enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
  • Strong business acumen and knowledge of business English, both written & verbal

  • Comfortable working in a digitally enabled environment and experience with the Google and Microsoft suite of programs
  • An aptitude for troubleshooting, problem solving, and producing high-quality outcomes
