
Portfolio Growth Specialist

As a key player in the customer acquisition process, your primary focus will be on growing the portfolio and exceeding targets by proactively managing customers to retain and refer business.
The ideal candidate will possess technically sound knowledge in banking products, credit assessment, and lending principles. They must also have excellent time management skills, high-level customer service skills, and be highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
This role involves end-to-end lead management, presenting solutions to customer enquiries, achieving all customer outcomes with business objectives in mind, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage leads through appointment, application, and up until settlement.
- Responsible for the entire lead management process and present suitable solutions to customer enquiries.
- Achieve all customer outcomes while prioritizing business objectives and the best interest of customers.
Excellent time management and high-level customer service skills are essential for this role. The ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a cool head is crucial.
