A Head of Portfolio Growth and Renewal is required to oversee renewal strategies for key accounts, managing renewals and identifying opportunities to boost customer retention and revenue.
About the Role- Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies for a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and address concerns related to their existing contracts, fostering long-term relationships.
- Negotiate renewal terms and articulate the value proposition of our offerings, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient renewal process, maximizing revenue growth and minimizing churn.
- 7+ years in sales or account management, with a focus on renewals and portfolio growth.
- Proven track record of successfully leading renewal strategies and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across functions to drive business results. They will have a deep understanding of the customer's needs and be able to develop tailored solutions to meet those needs, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
