Job Opportunity

A Head of Portfolio Growth and Renewal is required to oversee renewal strategies for key accounts, managing renewals and identifying opportunities to boost customer retention and revenue.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies for a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and address concerns related to their existing contracts, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Negotiate renewal terms and articulate the value proposition of our offerings, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient renewal process, maximizing revenue growth and minimizing churn.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • 7+ years in sales or account management, with a focus on renewals and portfolio growth.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading renewal strategies and driving revenue growth through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across functions to drive business results.
