About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the supervision and delivery of all aspects of the day-to-day operation of our Lovedale Bar + Grill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, friendly, and professional service is provided to all guests and locals
  • Liaise with team members to ensure venue standards are upheld
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, and utensils
  • Support, manage, and motivate the operations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Ensure revenue for the shift is accurately accounted for

  • Previous leadership or supervisorial experience in a fine dining or premium service offering venue
