About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Rydges Resort Hunter Valley. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Lovedale Bar + Grill, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient operations
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, and equipment
  • Support and motivate the operations team to achieve exceptional results
  • Ensure revenue is accurately accounted for and daily activities are balanced

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership or supervisorial experience in a fine dining or premium service offering venue
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails and wine
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
