The PositionThis role is responsible for driving leasing performance, maximizing occupancy, and achieving revenue targets as a Leasing Manager.
You will be working closely with our team to identify new business opportunities, develop effective leasing strategies, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively drive leasing activity to meet and exceed occupancy targets.
- Qualify leads and convert inquiries into successful lease signings.
- Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve maximum revenue per available unit.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A proven track record of success in leasing or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the local leasing market.
