About Employee Relations and Workplace Health & Safety
">This position will be responsible for delivering key projects to improve operational expertise and reduce organization risk.
">It will provide technical advice and guidance in employee relations, employment policy, and people management practices across all locations globally:
">- ">
- Provide coaching to team members and business leaders in respect of employee relations, employment policy, and people management practices.">
- Establish toolkits and processes for effective and consistent management of employee relations matters.">
- Provide technical advice and guidance to team members and business leaders when dealing with technical employee relations matters.">
- Engage with external counsel on ER matters as required.">
This role can either be full time or part time 4 days a week.
">Your Skills and Experience
">You should have:
">- ">
- A strong background in Employee Relations or employment law with a minimum of 8 years experience.">
- Exposure to HR discipline areas such as engagement, culture, leadership development etc.">
- An exceptional ability to build relationships and business partnerships.">
- A track record of effectively coaching team members and peers.">
- The courage to challenge others to achieve optimal outcomes.">
- The ability to drive a business agenda through identification of high leverage interventions.">
- Leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to empower and inspire others.">
- Project management experience and the ability to coordinate virtual teams.">
- The ability to scope end-to-end change programs and work independently in an agile environment.">
