We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Relations Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues and conducting thorough investigations into ER matters.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of employee relations matters, including grievances, bullying, harassment, and misconduct cases
- Conduct end-to-end investigations into ER matters, preparing documents and responses for tribunals as required
- Represent the organization at conciliations and dispute matters in tribunals
- Support Enterprise Agreement negotiations with employee and union bargaining representatives
- Provide coaching, training, and recommendations to leaders on legislation, policies, and procedures
- Experience in human resources generalist or industrial relations roles across medium to large organizations
- Proven background in managing or supporting investigations into misconduct, grievances, or protected disclosures
- Excellent coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills to engage with stakeholders
- Sound knowledge of relevant ER/IR legislation and policy application in different jurisdictions
