
Administration Support Specialist for Insurance

This role will support the Client Services team to manage client service invoicing and general administration.
- Managing volume end-to-end client invoice processing, edits, write-offs, reversals, and dispute resolution in line with strict client service standards and billing rules.
- Processing a high volume of invoices monthly.
- Ensuring proper setup and maintenance of matters.
- Tracking deductibles matters and submission of invoices through clients' e-billing portals.
- Providing general support to the Client Services team to ensure timely processing of a high volume of invoices.
- Assisting as required with the new matter opening process ensuring all critical data and client-specific rules are captured.
- Updating internal systems with client updates, including names, addresses, contacts.
About You
- A certificate in legal studies is desired but not essential.
- High-level knowledge of Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Adobe.
- Knowledge of document management systems like iManage.
- Experience with billing systems (ideally Aderant Expert).
- Administrative support and billing experience gained in a law firm.
- Insurance law exposure is desired.
- Experience communicating with clients.
