Job Title: Insurance Support Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our client-facing teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administration support to our client-facing teams regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, and insurance quotations
  • Complete various administration tasks, including data entry, printing, photocopying, client correspondence, and other business-related documents
  • Support Service Manager to exceed customer service standards
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to ensure service standards are exceeded and data quality is met
  • Ensure reporting, due process, and escalation is followed
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

Requirements:
  • Strong administration experience - ideally with client accounts
  • Passionate about superior customer service
  • Able to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team and collaborative environment
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
