
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide administrative support in a busy healthcare environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative and secretarial support across various tasks and settings, including:
- Delivering vital administrative and clerical support services
- Acting as the first point of contact for patients and staff
- Managing data entry, records processing and documentation
- Supporting clinic bookings, reception duties and patient flow
- Contributing to safe and efficient operations, ensuring quality patient/service outcomes
This is a casual position working at two hospitals, requiring a flexible roster with varying shift times and locations.
About the RoleTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated administration experience with proficient use of IT applications
- Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities
- High level written, verbal and electronic communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proven ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Capacity to follow systems and processes to support efficient service delivery
