Job Title: Data Governance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and innovative professional to lead the development of our data governance capability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for driving business outcomes through effective data management practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a principles-based data governance model to ensure compliance with departmental policies and standards.
  • Lead the development of standard dataset procedures, data governance tools, and processes to accommodate diverse requirements across the department.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts in privacy, records, and security management to embed data governance by design.
  • Design and deliver training programs to improve data practice, capability, and maturity among data custodians and stewards.
  • Oversee the proactive release of data to improve open and shared data practices.
