  • Develop and implement process improvements that meet service, quality, productivity, and safety goals aligned with company standards.
  • Plan and lead the implementation of organizational improvement initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by guiding behavior and actions that support this goal.
  • Deliver training on various practices and tools such as 5s, waste reduction, visual management, root cause analysis, etc. to teams and individuals.
  • Conduct necessary audits and observations, record findings, and report results to senior management.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members to drive improvements in safety culture and engagement.
  • Provide proactive support, maintain morale, and create a positive work environment.

  • Approachable personality with strong customer relationship building skills.
  • Able to drive change and improvements through demonstrated ability.
  • Hold a relevant certification or qualification (e.g. Cert III in Warehouse Operations).
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong computer and systems experience.
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in similar industries would be advantageous.
