Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Demand Planner to join our Operations team at Red Bull. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Planning
    • Analyze historical sales data, forecast accuracy performance, and business targets to challenge and refine demand forecasts
    • Prepare and present data insights for monthly Demand Review meetings to inform business decisions
    • Run SAP IBP modules for weekly and monthly Global S&OP process and maintain relevant master data
  • Supply Planning
    • Maintain an 18-month rolling Supply plan for long-term capacity planning, manage inventory and safety stock levels, and coordinate new product introductions and phase-outs
    • Maintain high customer service levels through weekly replenishment alignment to Global Supply
    • Communicate supply challenges and implications to stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement
    • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional business partners, 3PLs, suppliers, and customers
    • Monthly reporting and analysis of KPIs for the broader business (Forecast Variance to Trend, Forecast error, Days Cover)
    • Support and lead Continuous Improvement project initiatives across Supply Chain to reduce costs relating to service, goods destruction, inventory levels, local repacking, and interstate stock transfers

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning in an FMCG environment, with a focus on S&OP
  • 5+ years of experience using SAP, with good ERP knowledge and advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • University qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or similar
  • Ability to confidently business partner with other functions, particularly Sales, Marketing, and Finance Teams
  • High calibre of professional interpersonal skills/EQ, with excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Self-motivated team member who can drive resolutions to issues with strong problem-solving skills
