Job Description

Senior Demand Planner

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Demand Planner to join our Operations team at Red Bull. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through accurate demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and collaborative stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand Planning
    • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with Commercial Sales team to analyze forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making through regular Demand Review meetings.
  • Supply Planning
    • Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling Supply plan to ensure optimal inventory levels and meet customer service expectations.
    • Manage inventory and safety stock levels, coordinate new product introductions and phase-outs, and participate in cost planning for physical distribution.
    • Communicate supply challenges and implications to stakeholders and contribute to monthly Sales and Operations Planning process.
  • Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement
    • Establish strong relationships with cross-functional business partners, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand variance, forecast error, and days cover.
    • Support and lead Continuous Improvement project initiatives to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning in an FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience in a planning role with a focus on Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • University qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and communication skills, with the ability to confidently business partner with other functions.
  • Self-motivated team member with strong problem-solving skills and a high level of professional interpersonal skills.
