About the Company:
Our client is a pioneering leader in innovative outdoor heating and refrigeration solutions, dedicated to enhancing lifestyles through advanced technology and sustainable practices. With a global presence and a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a talented Demand Planner to join their team on a 6-month contract.

About the Role:
This role is responsible for balancing the demand and supply efforts for all product lines sold globally. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and other functions to lead and execute best practices to improve customer satisfaction and enhance results for the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a monthly demand planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand planning process improvements, validate forecast accuracy, and align business plans with operational plans through the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
  3. Establish clear and robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and their tie to business revenue and profitability plans.
  4. Ensure data and reports generated by functions are standardized and suitable for the S&OP program.
Requirements:
  • Data-driven with a proven ability to analyze and solve problems, and a strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
  • Prior experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement and change management initiatives, developing a customer-focused, best practice division.
  • Capable of working independently as well as functioning effectively within a team.
  • Possesses a systematic approach to work and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
