About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our Private Business and Family Advisory division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality secretarial and administrative services to our Principals and their teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support to Principals and their teams, including document management, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and information packs.
  • Oversee correspondence through the ATO Portal and BAS Lodgments.
  • Maintain and update client information across our practice systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate team work-in-progress meetings to manage workflow and resource allocation.
  • Promote the interests of the firm to the external market by representing and championing our brand.
Requirements
  • Proficient typist with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm and 98% accuracy.
  • Proficient user of MS Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, including Xero, Now Infinity, and Practice Ignition.
  • Superior written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills and time management abilities.
