We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Operations Manager to join our team at Hilton Adelaide. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of catering professionals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer relationships and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide direction and supervision to catering team members and other departments responsible for event execution.
- Represent the hotel and conduct conferences with individual customers to ensure customer needs are understood and met.
- Meet with vendors to schedule AV requirements and coordinate bump ins/outs.
- Assist in the planning and on-site execution of large events.
- Ensure that contracts, menus, letters, and reports are completed according to Hilton standards and policies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with Hilton policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
