Defence Infrastructure Project Lead

A seasoned project manager is required to lead defence projects across Victoria, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Defence and Security Division in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multidisciplinary design projects primarily through the Estate Works Program (EWP) and Project Delivery Services (PDS) Contract.
- Lead new and existing projects, driving delivery excellence and efficiency.
- Proactively manage issues, drive decision-making, and lead resolution pathways for Defence clients.
- Evaluate and mitigate risks for our Defence clients.
- Manage technical and quality assurance activities for Defence infrastructure design and safety analysis.
- Provide mentorship to staff developing knowledge and experience in major infrastructure projects.
- Relevant experience leading project delivery in building services, infrastructure, refurbishment, civil, or maritime fields, with Defence experience preferred.
- Tertiary qualifications in project management or engineering disciplines desirable.
- Australian citizenship and ability to achieve current baseline security clearance required.
