We are seeking a skilled and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead an educational program in a close-knit team.

  • Lead a classroom with enthusiasm, engaging children, families, and educators.
  • Manage your classroom effectively, providing flexible routines and creative learning experiences.
  • Be a mentor, fostering collaboration, reflection, and respect within your team.
  • Implement a comprehensive Transition to School Program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Transition Statements.
  • Ensure compliance with Government regulations and centre policies.
  • Establish strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
  • Contribute to documentation and engage in a cycle of reflective practice.
About You:
  • A degree in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification approved by ACECQA.
  • Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher.
  • A current Blue Card.
  • Approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma qualifications (desirable).
