Are you ready to take the next step in your Early Childhood Education career? Creative Kids @ Bundaberg is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-Kindy Room Leader to join our passionate team of educators.

The Role

As the Pre-Kindy Room Leader, you will:

  • Lead the Pre-Kindy team to deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Oversee daily room operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and service policies.
  • Mentor and support educators, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Document and assess children's learning and development through effective planning cycles.
What We're Looking For
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent or working towards).
  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership or senior educator role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
  • A passion for creating meaningful, fun, and inclusive learning experiences.
  • Current Blue Card, First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
