Day to day, you can:

• Run smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while putting the children and team at the heart of everything we do

• Use your masterful knowledge of sector regulations, including the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to navigate what is required each day
• Inspire your team to achieve best practice through active collaboration with our National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and the Centres Educational Leader
• Champion quality education & care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with the support of our NLRDP Partners and your Operations Support Manager
• Be a part of the local community by building genuine connections with local families and networks
• Work with your dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract our next generation of Educator superheroes.

Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:

• An ACECQA-approved Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
• A current State relevant Working with Children's Check, Police Check + PRODA (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
• Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
• Additional Child Protection Training, in line with section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Queensland Government. Completion of 1 of the following courses will ensure compliance; CHCPRT025, CHCPRT001, CHCPRT026, CHCPRT002 or CHCECE057 (or willingness to obtain before commencement)
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
• Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Hands-on experience running a large Centre over 100 places, managing effective rostering and wage control, and guiding a sizable team's performance
• Extraordinary leadership abilities with proven experience engaging, inspiring and growing a team of professional Educators
• Strong knowledge of systems including Humanforce/Timetarget, Storypark, Qikkids, CCMS, Facebook and ISS.
