We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Educator to lead a team of Educators in delivering exceptional educational programs that meet the needs of all children.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

We offer a culturally diverse and inclusive learning environment that reflects a variety of backgrounds and languages. Our centre boasts five well-designed rooms and accommodates up to 75 children daily.

The facility features a large natural playground shaded by tall trees and supplemented with shade covers, providing a comfortable and safe outdoor environment.

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
