Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:Live and breathe our Green Leaves commitments in daily practiceRun smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while putting children and team at the heart of everythingCreate memorable experiences by greeting every family with warmth and delivering high-quality tours and orientationsUse mastery of sector regulations, including National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework, to navigate requirements each dayInspire team to achieve best practice through active collaboration with National Learning, Research and Development Partner (NLRDP) and Centres Educational LeaderChampion quality education & care by overseeing classroom curriculum and pedagogical documentation with support of NLRDP Partners and Operations Support ManagerBe part of local community by building genuine connections with local families and networksWork with dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract next generation of Educator superheroes

Required Skills and Qualifications:
