Responsibilities

In the Sales Executive position, you will play a key role in supporting the Agency Sales team to meet and surpass their revenue objectives by providing essential administrative assistance, which includes preparing for meetings with internal stakeholders, client interactions, and other miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Facilitate the generation of revenue from a mix of existing and prospective clients by crafting high-quality proposals and sales documentation. Aid in the management and consistent reporting of sales pipelines. Provide campaign support, including scheduling and post-campaign analysis, among other related activities. Acquire in-depth knowledge of all available inventory and products, while also monitoring competitive offerings as necessary. Gather, compile, and draft correspondence and requests for the Sales team; maintain records of postings and deliveries; and perform general administrative tasks as required.

In this role, you will report directly to the Group Sales Manager.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should exhibit a keen attention to detail and precision, ensuring that information is accurately stored and recorded on internal systems. You will also need to be an exceptional communicator (both verbal and written), demonstrating an open, honest, and respectful communication style with both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional skills to highlight include:

Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides at an advanced level. Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Strong customer service and time management capabilities. A solid understanding of the retail media landscape is highly advantageous.
