This is a critical position providing comprehensive logistics solutions to diverse businesses.

The team excels at meeting time-sensitive air logistics needs efficiently.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for daily scheduling and coordination of depot activities relating to customer products and equipment.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the safe and efficient handling of customer product through adequate employee training on machinery and vehicles.

Other key tasks include:

  • Ensuring all workplace inspections are conducted and compliant
  • Ensuring all work is carried out accurately and to a standard that meets or exceeds customer expectations
  • Monitoring inbound and outbound products to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Preparing and processing relevant documentation (wharf/second survey & outbound)
  • Updating business systems accurately and in a timely manner

Additional requirements include requesting team leaders to carry out work requests and updating relevant systems to include process status and invoicing.
