Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive sales growth, and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This role involves building and maintaining client relationships through a detailed understanding of their business and technology needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet client requirements, driving sales growth, and liaising with internal teams to deliver positive outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through in-depth understanding of client business and technology needs
  • Evaluate client requirements to recommend suitable products and services
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services
  • Generate complex proposals and contracts to support client business strategies
  • Pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and follow-up
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B account management or similar roles
  • Experience in selling technology products from vendors like Microsoft, Cisco, HP
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and distributors
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional presentation skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passion for learning new technologies and adapting to changing landscapes
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
