We are seeking a skilled Technology Relationship Professional to join our team in Cairns as a Client Liaison. This role involves developing strong client relationships, understanding their business and technology needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Broaden client engagement through thorough knowledge of client operations and technology infrastructure
  • Ensure product and service suitability for clients, leveraging technology as a key value-driver for their enterprise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive outcomes for clients in both service delivery and project implementation
  • Develop complex Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and proposals that align with client long-term strategic objectives
  • Pursue and follow up on new sales leads with prospective clients
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • A proven track record in B2B account management or a similar position
  • Sales experience with leading technology brands such as Microsoft, Cisco, HP
  • Ability to build strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Professional presentation and an understanding of confidentiality
  • A passion for learning new and evolving technologies
  • The capacity to manage a busy schedule, meeting deadlines and targets
