We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join a well known global tech giant as a Product Designer working with a highly experienced, people-first leader

As a Product Designer you will play a key role in solving real-life customer problems, and be part of defining solutions across our various products and platforms. You will work closely with product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to ideate, design and validate delightful experiences for our customers.

**As a Product Designer you will...**
- Be the customer advocate for your product team
- Explore UX challenges and create intuitive, accessible and seamless experiences for our users, always with the end-to-end customer journey in mind
- Lead design practices within your team including sketch sessions, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes, visual and interaction design across all touch points
- Run various user research initiatives including writing discussion guides, moderating testing sessions and conducting interviews
- Draw on data and user insights to validate ideas and identify challenges and opportunities
- Manage brand alignment and consistency across our customer experience
- Share creative excellence and enthusiasm for meaningful design. Remain up-to-date on industry trends and UX practices
- Be involved in team stand-ups, working group discussions, retrospectives, showcases, and presentations
- Participate in team processes and standards, while promoting process improvement where appropriate
- Establish collaborative relationships with team members to ensure an integrated experience for our customers

**We're looking for a Product Designer with...**
- 3+ years experience in a dedicated digital product design role, such as working with web apps, software or e-commerce sites
- Working knowledge or understanding of Figma
- An exceptional portfolio of work and a keen eye for detail
- Experience with a range of user research methodologies and practices
- A healthy dose of empathy, pragmatism and creativity that they can bring to the problem solving process
- The ability to communicate design decisions and customer priorities to a cross functional team
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills, able to manage multiple streams of work at the same time
- Working knowledge or understanding of basic data and funnel analysis, including experience with Google Analytics, Omniture (Adobe Analytics) or related services
