About Our Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to lead a team and manage various landscapes, including formal gardens and parks.

The successful applicant will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience operating commercial landscape equipment.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience in horticulture
  • Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent
  • Experience driving medium rigid vehicles
  • Leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team on a full-time site in Sydney
  • Organise and program tasks
  • Manage team efficiency and quality
  • Liaise with management to provide high-quality service
  • Ensure safe working practices
  • Identify plant deficiencies and treat pests/diseases
  • Irrigation management
  • Complete documentation
