Service Delivery Professional

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Professional to join our team at one of the largest waste and recycling companies in the country.
  • Deliver professional service to clients, visitors, and guests by responding promptly to their inquiries.
  • Execute various administrative tasks including document management, data entry, and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records using finance systems for purchasing, invoicing, debtor's collection, and general accruals.
  • Develop and manage driver run sheets and process driver run confirmations efficiently.
  • Assist with other clerical tasks as requested.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting and assist Site Manager with ad-hoc reporting requirements.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Proven customer service and call centre expertise is required.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills are necessary.
  • A keen eye for detail and proactive approach to problem-solving are key.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
