Job Summary

The role of Service Technician is a customer-facing position that involves providing efficient and professional after-sales service for the products and systems supplied.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out in-house and field service to enhance the reputation of the company committed to supporting the marketplace.
  • Provide commissioning services for equipment and systems constructed by the company.
  • Identify opportunities for sales and business development.
  • Support the sales activities of other staff by providing services for equipment assembly, testing, warranty inspections, and repairs.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained in all service activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential:

  • Current Electrical qualification or Certificate III Engineer (Fitter and Turner)
  • Literacy and numeric skills to a nationally recognised standard
  • Ability to read and interpret from electrical and technical drawings
  • Current Driver's License
  • St. Johns first aid to basic level (desirable but not essential)
  • Customer service focus is essential
