Senior Customer Service Professional

As a customer-facing professional, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for receiving and processing bulk product orders, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with current legislation, liaising with carriers to ensure timely deliveries, and monitoring customer silo levels.
- Receiving and processing bulk product orders in an efficient manner.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all parties within the supply chain adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Coordinating with carriers to guarantee on-time and cost-effective deliveries.
- Monitoring customer silo levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, previous experience in customer service, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster, and a high level of computer literacy.
