**Transformative HR Leader Wanted:**

We are seeking a strategic HR professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a national organisation that values diversity and innovation.

The role will be instrumental in developing and executing key initiatives within the organisation. You will utilise your expertise in employee life cycles, enhancing our people capabilities through transformational projects.

You will partner with business leaders to drive the development and implementation of people strategies that support our organisational goals. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert advice that considers risk mitigation, support and coaching across related legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Supporting managers on complex performance and grievance matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with nationally accepted return-to-work programs.

To be successful in this position, you should have:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or at least 5 years equivalent work experience in human resources.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching, supporting and providing strategic and expert advice in human resource management.
  • An ability to interpret legislation, regulations and agreements, as well as policy and procedure.
