We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst Professional to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst with Steadfast Group Limited, you will be embedded within the Projects team, collaborating across various stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative solutions that meet unique business needs while driving standardisation and operational efficiency.
This pivotal role requires strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams and time zones. You will need to facilitate workshops and review sessions to capture and translate business requirements into actionable IT deliverables, develop comprehensive End-to-End (E2E) business requirements and functional specifications, collaborate with stakeholders to explore system limitations and propose innovative solutions, manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and progress updates, support change management activities across agencies and external partners, coordinate and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system enhancements, prepare training materials and provide post-implementation support to end-users, and ensure compliance with Risk & Compliance standards and implement continuous improvements.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/business projects, with at least 5 years in insurance (preferably underwriting and operations)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse teams and time zones
- Proven experience in delivering small to medium-sized projects successfully
- Deep understanding of SDLC, project methodologies (Waterfall and Agile), and system integration
- Expertise in process analysis, workflow documentation, and specification writing
- Experience in change management and working within a Risk and Control environment
