We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant.
This is an exciting opportunity for tech-savvy problem solvers to build a meaningful career within a market leader. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional in-store customer journey, empowering customers by identifying the products and services they need to transform their telecommunications experience.
You will work in a target-driven environment with a team focused on getting you across the latest in tech and gadgets so you can help our customers get connected – faster, better, smarter.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers.
- Develop customised solutions for customers and meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Continuously learn and grow within the role (and beyond).
- Work in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, spinning plates while still providing excellent customer service.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Easily built connections with a variety of new and existing customers.
- Quickly developed customised solutions for customers.
- A drive to reach (and exceed) sales targets and KPIs.
- Hunger to learn and grow within the role (and beyond).
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Loved being in a fast-paced, busy retail environment, where you can spin plates, while still providing excellent customer service.
