Product Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving complex issues, delivering exceptional customer service, and collaborating with customers and development teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Provide high-quality customer service as a second-line support specialist
  • Develop detailed requirements for new features and functionality
  • Evaluate existing functionality and suggest areas for improvement
  • Document supporting content and release notes
  • Analyze and document processes
  • Identify and assess inefficiencies, recommending optimal business practices and system functionality/behavior
  • Troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
  • Conduct product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in air cargo or related logistics/supply chain areas, combined with technical knowledge
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-driven learning and self-development capabilities
  • Software product background is beneficial
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with agile software methodologies is advantageous
