Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate who is eager to learn, solve complex problems, and develop their consulting skills.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing structured analysis with creative thinking, is comfortable working with numbers and data, and is keen to build their ability to engage with clients and present insights.

About the Role:

  • Gathering and Analysis: Gather data, conduct thorough research and develop in-depth analysis of complex issues
  • Model Development: Build robust financial and analytical models
  • Insight Generation: Analyse and synthesise data quantitatively and qualitatively to generate actionable insights
  • Market Benchmarking: Conduct industry benchmarking and analysis to inform strategic decisions
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with colleagues on proposals and tenders, developing comprehensive business cases
  • Client Engagement: Conduct interviews and support client workshops, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Recommendation Development: Develop high-quality written reports and actionable recommendations with team members

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in a professional services or corporate head-office role, preferably within the consulting industry
  • Consulting Skills: Exposure to some consulting toolkit skills, particularly report writing, quantitative modelling, and the use of visual aids
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of top-down thinking methodologies and hypothesis-driven strategic problem-solving
  • Education: A Bachelor's and/or higher degree qualification in a relevant area
