We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custodial Operations Specialist to join our Wellness & Hygiene team in [CITY].

Job SummaryThis role is a Wellness & Hygiene position, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of common areas, resident rooms, and other facilities. The successful candidate will work closely with reception staff and operations managers to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:- Clean public areas like common rooms, lounges, gyms daily to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Change linens and make beds in student rooms weekly to ensure a comfortable living environment.
- Help prepare our buildings for open houses and tours by ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.
- A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in cleaning and maintenance roles in hotels or commercial spaces.
- An eye for detail and ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working with young adults and understanding of their needs and expectations.
