We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the Rehabilitation Consultant position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with treatment providers to ensure optimal recovery outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate and work closely with treatment providers to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients
- Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing
- Attend various workplaces on a weekly basis and learn the physical demands and responsibilities of different job roles to support safe and timely return to work or maintenance at work
- Educate workplaces on how to manage and prevent workplace injuries
- Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
- AHPRA or ESSA registration
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, or Physiotherapy
- Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- Pride yourself on stakeholder management and communication skills
