As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and growing our professional network.

This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with business and investment leaders globally, driving industry growth and progress. You will partner with client-facing staff on custom projects and strategic initiatives designed to quickly connect clients with relevant experts and senior-level executives.

  • Efficiently identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals and industry experts best suited to participate in high-priority client inquiries.
  • Grow our professional networks by recruiting key opinion leaders using targeted campaigns, leveraging industry lists, trade associations, referrals, and other relationships.
  • Generate discussions with prospective industry leaders where needed and capture critical data in our extensive profile management systems.
  • Analyze client needs and fulfill time-sensitive research requests for our clients by identifying ideal target populations.
  • Understand clients' research workflows and objectives, and partner with client-facing colleagues in growing client relationships by utilizing best practices when dealing with industry experts.
  • Develop a working knowledge of our core industry coverage to improve project and service quality, as well as awareness of broader industry trends/dynamics relevant to expert recruitment and client servicing.

To succeed in this role, you should have 0-3 years of experience in customer service/sales/headhunting/recruitment/market research. A keen interest in learning about various industries and communicating with senior executives daily is essential. A Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier university is required.
