Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team at St Michael's Primary School, Nelson Bay. As a Temporary Full-Time Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education to our students and contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and effective teaching programs that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students
  • Assess and report student progress, using data to inform instruction and drive student achievement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive school culture
  • Support the spiritual growth and development of students, in line with the Catholic ethos and values of our school
Requirements
  • Qualifications as a four-year trained teacher
  • Active NESA Accreditation
  • Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
  • Completion of anaphylaxis training
  • Completion of CPR training
