Workforce Systems Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Systems Advisor to support the effective use of our time management system. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of how we utilize our system and deliver maximum value to the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Kronos issues experienced by internal customers
  • Implement process improvements to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Support system testing for updates, new configuration, Pay Rules, or process changes
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining system documentation, user guides, and FAQs. To succeed in this position, you will need to have experience using Kronos as an administrator and advisor, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements for Success:
  • Experienced user of Kronos as an administrator and advisor
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HR processes
  • Experience in providing helpline support in large organizations
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving skills
