We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Operations Manager to oversee our end-to-end payroll processing.

This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of thousands of Australians. As a key member of our Finance Team, you will contribute towards continuous improvement of payroll processing functions and effectively support and communicate change with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will possess a sound understanding of pay and billing, including accounts receivable responsibilities, and have knowledge of Fair Work Australia and National Employment Standards. You will also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas, present opinions and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing and managing end-to-end processing and administration for nursing agency payroll efficiently and accurately within agreed timeframes and in accordance with company policies, procedures and work practices.
  • Contributing towards continuous improvement of payroll processing functions and effectively supporting, communicating and facilitating change with the payroll team and key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring that timesheets are received, reviewed to ensure accuracy of approval, accurately entered and paid in accordance with agreed timeframes.
