Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team.

  1. About the Role:
  2. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for providing advice and support on end-to-end payroll processes for a large, EA-based workforce.
  3. This includes accurately interpreting timesheets and award conditions to ensure compliance with industrial instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide payroll advice and support to employees and management
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records in line with changes to awards, EA provisions, and legislation
  • Interpret EBAs and advise on complex project-based payroll conditions including allowances, overtime, and entitlements

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting or advising on high-volume, EA-based payroll processes
  2. Proficiency in payroll software systems and Microsoft Excel
