Residential Construction Project Manager Role

This position oversees the renovation process, ensuring effective budget control and communication. Regular site visits guarantee projects are completed properly.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organization with integrity and honesty.
  • Maintain compliance with all processes, policies, and regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Foster positive relationships with team members and other departments.
  • Collaborate with Foremen, Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators to facilitate communication during project restoration.
  • Work closely with Project Coordinators to ensure timely, efficient, and safe restoration.
  • Handle correspondence with insurance providers and property owners.
  • Follow program and TPA guidelines.
  • Coordinate Tradesmen.
  • Review estimates for restoration jobs.
  • Meet operational objectives.
  • Track metrics during bi-weekly goal setting and review meetings.
  • Confirm budget and work orders before project start.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Build partnerships with vendors and tradesman to improve performance.
  • Participate in collections process.
  • Work in various conditions.
  • Follow on-call rotation.
  • Maintain high Compliance Score and NPS.
  • Maintain high Gross Margins.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2-3+ years of residential/commercial construction experience.

Benefits:

  • Regular travel to job sites required. Occasional overnight travel may be needed.
  • Lifting up to 50lbs, standing/sitting for prolonged periods, moving around worksites, operating machinery/power tools, and safely driving company vehicles.
