The Opportunity

This is not a typical site role. As second-in-command to the CEO, you will:

  • Implement and uphold company systems and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all projects
  • Oversee multiple sites, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met
  • Manage trade performance, reporting, and accountability across the business
  • Anticipate issues, resolve challenges, and keep projects running seamlessly
  • Provide structured updates to the CEO and contribute to strategic decision-making

About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven ability to manage at scale:

  • You have demonstrated success managing projects in previous roles within construction companies delivering $10M+ annual turnover (essential requirement)
  • You bring operational discipline, leadership, and the ability to enforce high standards across multiple teams
  • You are systems-driven, detail-focused, and thrive on ensuring order and accountability
  • You are confident working at executive level, able to act as the CEO's right hand
