**Sales Development Representative**

As a sales development representative, you will play a key role in identifying and capturing aftermarket sales opportunities to provide solutions that meet the needs of our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify and capture aftermarket sales opportunities
  • Oversee customer account management to ensure sales opportunities are captured while regularly reporting on customer fleet performance
  • Support key projects to ensure positive customer experience
  • Maintain and forecast data for sales opportunities leading to the execution of aftermarket sales strategies
  • Collaborate with Site Performance Specialists to support fleet performance and improvement opportunities
  • Engage in continuous improvement to identify potential opportunities within the business
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets within a customer-facing role
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers
  • Ability to problem-solve while having well-developed analytical and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team and individually while developing strong working relationships
  • Advanced computer literacy skills - MS Office
