Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our Marketing team in a Business Support role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in our organization's success by assisting in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

This includes:

  • Managing complex schedules and diaries
  • Providing strategic support for forward planning initiatives
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Preparing high-quality presentations and reports
  • Servicing leaders across Brand, Acquisition & Media, and special projects as required
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to the Marketing team, including:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
